DO I HAVE TO BE FIT TO PARTICIPATE?

No, we work with all fitness levels and will make sure you have the support to reach your goals at a pace that is appropriate.

DO I HAVE TO SPEND A TON OF TIME IN THE GYM?

Our programs are designed to get the most out of the time you're there! Sessions are 45-50 minutes which includes a warmup (movement prep) and a cool down (breathe and stretch).

WILL I SEE RESULTS?

The combination of having a fitness plan, nutrition support, and healthy lifestyle habits provides you with the best opportunity to optimize and actualize your potential.

I LOVE Optimize Daily and Jenn! In the past I've always struggled to find a gym regimen that works well for me and that I could sustain over the long term. The Optimize Women class has been so much more than I expected! It's a really thorough workout but isn't painful (even enjoyable?!). The fact that it's so close means I can leave my house less than 5 minutes and love meeting the other women in the neighborhood!

Traditional Reformer Pilates

Pilates in the original form of Joseph Pilates, founder of this self-improvement practice, which consisted of 34 exercises done in a specific sequence. Our practice tailors these sequences to the unique needs of each client.

Reformer Yoga Flow

Breathing, repetition, and mindfulness are supported by spring tension, in a deeply nourishing way. The spring tension of the machine enables you to go further in your practice. The springs resist you and they assist you. In this practice we focus on the present moment.

Reformer Pilates for Beginners

In this practice students will learn to stabilize the core while mobilizing the limbs and vice versa. This comprehensive experience is an introduction to the reformer at YOUR pace and the perfect starter class.

BODY COMPOSITION

The InBody 570 body composition analyzer goes beyond traditional body composition analysis, measuring fat, muscle, and total body water. Total body water data can be divided into intracellular water and extracellular water, these values are important for understanding a user’s fluid distribution in medical, wellness, and fitness contexts.

INFRARED SAUNA

If you are seeking ways to support your weight loss goals and manage a healthy body through a natural lifestyle, infrared sauna offers many health benefits that support that process. One of the most frequently referenced studies of infrared sauna found that Sunlighten infrared sauna (what we offer here) can help slim waistlines and is a viable lifestyle option that supports weight loss efforts.

I participate in Ruth's online strengthening classes and it is an amazing experience. Ruth is a true professional in the field of physiotherapy and her classes are both gently challenging and very effective. Her instruction is clear, concise and encouraging, making it easy to follow along and get the most out of each exercise. I felt a noticeable improvement in my strength and overall physical wellbeing after just a few 30 minute classes. Ruth's passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals is evident in every session and I would highly recommend her online classes to anyone looking to improve their strength and mobility. I never thought I would hear myself saying, I look forward to my exercise classes, but I do!
